Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you're not happy with your new item, we will accept a return or exchange on merchandise purchased at simplerituals.it within 7 days after the item is received. If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return.

Situation a - NOT MY STYLE :< 

To request a return or exchange, please email help@simplerituals.it with your reason. In this event, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Situation b - FAULTY items or REPAIRS

If there is a quality issue when you receive your product, please contact us through email with photos which could describe the situation clearly and reason to help@simplerituals.it  In the event, we will check with delivery company together to see who would responsible with the return delivery fee. 

• Please note that the original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

• Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in their original packaging.

• Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

• We will not accept returns, and are not responsible for Simple rituals Jewelry items purchased from other retailers.
