All our products are hand-made and made-to-order for each purchase. Each piece is completely handcrafted by the designer for hours. Usually each order (under 5 products) takes is 2-3 business days, 6 - 10 products take 5-7 business days, above 10 products purchasing needs to contact us with E-mail:

This means that no matter what type of shipping option you choose at check-out, we still need the production time stated on the item/items from your purchase before we ship your order out. 



Default Carrier: FedEX or TNT

Standard shipping: 

1- European: Purchase 1-99€, delivery cost is 16€/ Italy internal 9 euro.

2- Asian( Korean, Japan, China, Thailand etc. ): Purchase 1-99€, delivery cost is 35€; Purchase 100-199€, delivery cost is 16€

3- Middle East Area( including Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates and Yemen etc. ): Purchase 1-99€, delivery cost is 52€; Purchase 100-199€, delivery cost is 32€.

4- Americas: Purchase 1-99€, delivery cost is 30€; Purchase 100-199€, delivery cost is 15€

FREE shipping: 

1- European: Free shipping when you purchase over 100€.

2- Other countries in the world: Free shipping when you purchase over 200€.

Customs Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may incur.

Lost parcels: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Simple Rituals Jewelry, and a reshipment fee will incur.  


If you're not happy with your new item, we will accept a return or exchange on merchandise purchased at within 7 days after the item is received. If this timeframe has passed, we can not accept a return.

Situation a - NOT MY STYLE :< 

To request a return or exchange, please email with your reason. In this event, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 

Situation b - FAULTY items or REPAIRS

If there is a quality issue when you receive your product, please contact us through email with photos which could describe the situation clearly and reason to  In the event, we will check with delivery company together to see who would responsible with the return delivery fee. 

• Please note that the original shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

• Items must be sent back unused, undamaged, in their original packaging.

• Items returned without our knowledge will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

• We will not accept returns, and are not responsible for Simple rituals Jewelry items purchased from other retailers.

• Within 3 months after receiving the order (from the date you received the jewelry), you can enjoy free warranty service, you only need to bear the round-trip shipping. If the warranty period is exceeded, the cost will be charged according to the actual product, and the maintenance cycle is 10 working days. Please contact
